As a Senior Scrum Master, you'll drive the delivery of complex, medium to large-scale digital initiatives—ensuring delivery on time and to the highest quality standards. You’ll work within a global context, applying appropriate delivery methodologies such as Agile ( Scrum/Kanban)
Collaborating across business units, with technical leads, product owners, product designers, external vendors, and key stakeholders, you’ll ensure that deliverables align with agreed business outcomes. You’ll act as a champion of delivery excellence while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and well-being across your teams.
About you
- Lead all Agile ceremonies for your digital teams, ensuring planning, refinement and retrospective sessions are well organised.
- Manage multiple initiatives concurrently, balancing team health, delivery focus and business outcomes.
- Utilise Agile practices to coach and guide teams towards high performance and sustainable delivery.
- Support and contribute to the Virgin Atlantic delivery community through mentoring, coaching and practice development.
- Manage dashboard reviews at the end of each sprint, using data to identify issues and track actions through to resolution.
- Drive engagement and ownership across delivery teams, ensuring goals, scope and outcomes are clearly communicated.
