We are supporting our client in their search for a permanent Senior Scrum Master to spearhead a global automotive transformation programme. This pivotal role demands expertise in fostering cross-team coordination, adeptly managing dependencies, and navigating documentation-heavy workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master across various teams
• Salesforce delivery experience is essential
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps tools is required
• Strong abilities in dependency management and stakeholder communication
• Relevant agile certification (e.g., CSM or equivalent)
• Capability to articulate agile theory effectively during discussions

Requirements

• A proven record as a Scrum Master managing multiple teams.
• Substantial hands-on experience in Salesforce delivery is a must.
• Skilled in using Azure DevOps tools for project management.
• Exceptional competency in dependency management and effective stakeholder engagement.
• Agile certifications, such as CSM or equivalent, are required.
