What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Search Executive, you'll take the lead on Paid Search campaigns from planning to performance reporting, with key responsibilities including:

• Campaign Management: Run end-to-end Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Audience Targeting & Bidding Strategy: Use data and intent signals to drive performance
• Client Communication: Present clear, insightful reports and strategic recommendations
• Keyword Research & Competitor Analysis: Identify opportunities aligned with financial marketing goals
• Ad Copywriting & A/B Testing: Write compelling, compliance-friendly copy and iterate for results
• Budget Management: Monitor spend and maximise ROI
• Performance Reporting: Use GA4, Data Studio, Excel, and internal tools to bring campaigns to life
• Collaborate Across Teams: Align with Strategy, Tech, and Client Services to deliver excellence
• Stay ahead of platform and industry developments and contribute to internal knowledge sharing

About You:

You’re a detail-oriented digital marketer with strong analytical instincts and a passion for performance. You’ll thrive here if you:

• Have 2–3 years’ experience managing Paid Search campaigns (agency side ideal)
• Are proficient in Google Ads; Microsoft Ads, SA360, and Google Ads Editor are a big plus
• Bring experience in audience segmentation and targeting
• Understand the financial services space (regulated experience is a bonus!)
• Are confident with Excel and love translating data into insight
• Are a natural communicator who enjoys working directly with clients
• Speak Spanish, German, French, or Italian? That’s a strong bonus – you’ll help tailor campaigns across international markets
• Ideally have one or more Google Ads certifications under your belt
