Senior Service Charge / Client Accountant (Residential/Mixed Use)

Up to £65,000

London / Hybrid

An award-winning luxury property management company is seeking a Senior Service Charge / Client Accountant to join their growing finance function.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee service charge accounting across a high-value residential portfolio.
Supervise and mentor a small to medium-sized team, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
Prepare and review budgets, reconciliations, and year-end accounts.
Act as a key point of contact for asset managers, landlords, and property managers.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practice.

Requirements

Proven experience in service charge / client accounting within residential or mixed-use property.
Supervisory or team leadership experience is essential.
Strong working knowledge of QUBE (or similar property management systems) is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail with strong financial and reporting acumen.
