Senior Site Manager

Salary: £65,000 – £85,000 (experience depedant) + bonus

Location: SW London

The Client:

We’re working with a long-standing London developer with a strong track record in commercial, mixed-use, and residential schemes. They have a busy pipeline of projects in West London and are now looking to strengthen their delivery team.

The Role:

They’re seeking a Site Manager who is ready to step up, or an established Senior Site Manager, to take ownership of upcoming refurb, mixed-use, and residential projects. The role offers real scope for progression as the project load continues to grow.

Key Duties:

Oversee day-to-day site operations
Manage subcontractors & direct staff
Run toolbox talks & ensure H&S compliance
Deliver projects to programme, budget & quality standards
Report regularly to senior management

The Candidate:

5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager
Commercial / mixed-use experience (resi background considered)
Strong sub-contractor management skills
Relevant qualifications / certificates
Must be within a commutable distance of Hammersmith / Wimbledon
