Contracts Manager / Site Manager – Suffolk & East Anglia

LOBA is working with a well-established main contractor who are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager & Senior Site Manager to join their team and support the delivery of projects across Suffolk and the wider East Anglia region. .

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
• Acting as the key point of contact for clients, consultants and subcontractors
• Developing and monitoring project programmes (ASTA knowledge is an advantage)
• Managing budgets, variations, risk and contractual obligations
• Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental standards
• Supporting pre-construction and tender activities where required
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a positive team culture
• Maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

The ideal candidate will have:

• A proven track record of delivering projects as either a Contracts Manager or Site Manager
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and build client relationships
• Commercial awareness and experience in managing budgets and contracts
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• A proactive and adaptable approach with a focus on quality and safety
