About The Role
The Senior Social and Creative Performance Lead shapes how Anything is Possible connects social strategy with performance driven creative. The role sits at the point where creative thinking, platform behaviour and measurable performance meet. You’ll lead social strategy across key platforms, guide creative performance for paid social and digital video, and help the agency produce work that delivers both strong ideas and strong results.
You will act as the agency’s lead social strategist, shaping organic and content approaches with a clear understanding of how they interact with paid activity. You’ll work closely with the Executive Director, Creative, Content and Social to develop new creative performance products, support client growth and strengthen how Creative, Media and Strategy work together.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the agency’s creative performance approach for paid social and digital video, defining how creative, platform behaviour and testing improve performance
Act as the lead social strategist, setting organic and content direction across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X and other major platforms
Develop social content frameworks, community strategies and creator or influencer approaches.
Work closely with Media and Creative teams to ensure creative thinking aligns with channel mechanics and performance goals
Support growth for existing clients through insight led social and creative performance strategies
Help formalise the agency’s creative performance offering, creating clear services, deliverables and pricing models
Lead creative testing and optimisation, turning insight and analytics into simple, actionable creative direction
Identify emerging formats, tools and platform betas and share practical opportunities with internal teams
Develop and present pitch decks for clients and prospects
Work with Strategy and Analytics to contribute to a unified creative performance reporting approach
About You
An experienced social strategist with deep platform expertise across major channels
Skilled in creative performance for paid social and digital video, including testing and optimisation
Able to turn performance data, audience insight and platform behaviour into clear creative recommendations
Confident working alongside Media and Strategy teams
Strong presenter, able to explain thinking clearly to clients and internal teams
Comfortable shaping or formalising service offerings in a commercially sound way
Collaborative and trusted across Creative, Media and Strategy teams
Curious about new tools and trends, including practical use of AI to support creative development
