The Role
This role is part of the International department at PRS, who are a passionate team of over 20 responsible for driving and assuring International revenues that are the highest of any Music Collective Management Organisation in the world. The department works across a range of areas including society relationship and service management, revenue assurance, and direct licensing.
This role sits within our Global Society Relations team, who are responsible for managing relationships on behalf of PRS with international societies. With a focus on North America, this role will be responsible for a portfolio of societies, ensuring financial targets are met. We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in a similar role, particularly with the US market, who is a subject matter expert on the global Music Copyright & Publishing landscapes. This role has no direct reports.
Responsibilities
As our Senior Society Relationship Manager, some of your day to day duties will include…
- Leading relationships with a portfolio of societies, with a primary focus on major societies, including North America.
- Revenue budgeting, forecasting and monitoring of financial performance.
- Managing general queries from PRS members and partner societies.
- Being responsible for continuous real-time intelligence on market developments, and knowledge management.
- Leading strategic initiatives, negotiating partnership opportunities, and managing complex projects.

About You

The Process
Our Interview Process For This Role Is Simple
- First stage interview will take place virtually on MS Teams.
- Second stage interview will take place in person at our London Bridge Hub.

This allows you to provide examples of situations where you have had to demonstrate the required skills relevant to the role you are applying for. Location
We offer a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work from home up to three days a week.
