The Team
Our dynamic Product Management Team leads the successful delivery of a wide range of initiatives, from innovative product enhancements to transformative change and cloud migration. Current projects include SITS Adopt to Reimagined, a next-gen student information system spanning the full student lifecycle; Semestry V9, Tribal’s upgraded smart scheduling solution for timetables, exams, and room bookings; and Tribal Admissions, an innovative cloud-based platform reshaping university admission.
As a driving force behind software delivery, the Senior Software Project Manager will lead in orchestrating the roadmap for these projects, ensuring the project lands on time, within budget, and meets the highest quality standards. This role is hands-on with change management, keeping stakeholders aligned through clear reporting and control mechanisms, and maintaining relationships across teams to keep progress flowing smoothly.
Beyond the strategic execution, you’ll also be a mentor, empowering less experienced colleagues by sharing expertise in project management methodologies and encouraging growth across the team.
This is a remote role with the requirement to travel when required.
