About The Role
Lead or support solution design across complex programmes including Policy Admin System migrations, data platform evolution, and digital transformation
- Translate business needs into executable architecture using C4, ArchiMate, and modern frameworks
- Collaborate across architecture layers—security, infrastructure, data, integration, and networks
- Influence enterprise direction through cloud, AI, observability, and simplification strategies
- Mentor peers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and architectural excellence
What Your'll Bring
- Proven experience in solution architecture within regulated industries (financial services, pensions, insurance preferred)
- Hands-on expertise with Azure, .NET, Snowflake, Databricks, Kafka, REST APIs, CI/CD, and container orchestration
- Strong grasp of Domain-Driven Design, event-driven architecture, and modern integration patterns
- Engineering background with fluency in Java, .NET, Python, and modern frontend frameworks
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills
