The Opportunity
We’re searching for a Senior Solutions Consultant to partner with strategic industry customers, helping them accelerate digital transformation and achieve measurable outcomes with Adobe Experience Cloud, Creative Cloud, and Document Cloud.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Solution Consultant, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to some of the world’s most innovative organizations, bringing an industry-first perspective to every engagement. You’ll:
- Understand each customer’s industry dynamics, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape to uncover key business priorities and challenges.
- Map Adobe’s solutions to deliver tangible industry value—from enhancing customer engagement in retail, to streamlining compliance in healthcare, to improving operational efficiency in manufacturing.
- Guide customers in connecting data, content, marketing automation, and workflows to deliver personalized, end-to-end customer and employee experiences.
- Demonstrate how Adobe’s marketing automation capabilities help organizations scale personalization, improve campaign effectiveness, and drive measurable business outcomes across industries.
- Partner with Sales, Consulting, and Customer Success teams to design industry-relevant solution roadmaps that accelerate transformation and long-term growth.
- Deliver compelling, industry-tailored demonstrations and presentations to senior stakeholders across marketing, IT, operations, and the C-suite.
What You Need To Succeed
- A strong understanding of technology and how this can drive digital transformation
- A strong understanding of digital marketing and emerging trends like Agentic AI
- Ability to identify the critical business issues that customers are facing and provide solution approaches
- Exceptional presentation skills, conversational skills and experience as a trusted advisor
- Proven ability to partner with senior client stakeholders (e.g., CMO, CIO, VP-level) to uncover strategic business objectives and align technical solutions to those goals.
- Expertise in leading complex, large sales plays from discovery through to tech win, acting as the technical authority.
- Experienced in building and communicating use cases and value propositions
- Strong demonstration and value-selling experience
- Crafting end-to-end user experiences, using innovative ways to combining content, web journey, personalised experiences and marketing automation
