We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Manager to join Asite in our London Mayfair office. In this role, you’ll work closely with our sales team to give them the tools, training, and product knowledge they need to succeed. You’ll play a big part in ensuring our clients understand the value of our solutions, from the first conversation through to closing deals.


What You Will Do

  • Partner with the sales team to develop in-depth product knowledge and craft compelling sales presentations and demos tailored to specific customer needs.
  • Create and maintain enablement materials, such as sales collateral, battle cards, and training modules, to ensure the sales team has the resources they need to sell our solutions effectively.
  • Conduct product training sessions for the sales team, keeping them up-to-date on the latest features and functionalities.
  • Assist the sales team throughout the sales cycle by providing technical expertise and solution architecture during customer presentations and meetings.
  • Participate in product development discussions, providing valuable insights from the sales perspective to ensure our solutions continue to meet customer needs.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings to position our solutions effectively.


You Are the Ideal Candidate If You Have

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement, solutions engineering, or a related field within the construction software industry (or a transferable industry).
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering product programs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor content to different audiences.
  • A strong understanding of the construction industry and its challenges.
  • Solid technical knowledge of SaaS construction software solutions.
  • Experience creating sales collateral and presentations.
  • A passion for technology and a desire to help others succeed.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented work style.

  • Experience with CDE and construction management
