Description
Own the HR reporting and analytics roadmap, aligning data priorities with business and people strategies.

What You Will Deliver

  • Develop and maintain core people dashboards (e.g., recruitment, headcount, attrition, DEI, engagement, performance, talent pipeline).
  • Produce high-impact, visually engaging reports and presentations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Workday People Analytics, collaborating with colleagues to translate complex data into actionable narratives that are aligned to strategic goals.
  • Partner with CoEs to develop hypotheses, run analysis, and evaluate program effectiveness, championing data literacy across HR, helping teams to understand and use data confidently.
  • Build predictive and prescriptive models to support areas like attrition forecasting, workforce planning, and talent segmentation.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and data requests, ensuring insight is timely and business-relevant, and that data is accurate within Workday.

Essential

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in analytics tools or data visualisation (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Analytical thinker with a bias for action and problem-solving.
  • The ability to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple stakeholders, and prioritise effectively. Curious and tenacious; a self-driven problem solver.

Desirable

  • Experience of Workday Reporting.
  • Track record of using data to influence organisational or cultural change.
