This is a senior, hands-on specifications position within a large, fast-moving food manufacturing business supplying major retail and foodservice customers. You’ll take full ownership of customer specifications and product information, keeping everything legally compliant, customer-ready and audit-proof across multiple markets.
You’ll manage the creation and maintenance of specifications for new products, supplier-led changes, EPD updates and evolving legal or customer requirements. You’ll review specs against BRC and customer standards, oversee artwork and translation approvals, and stay on top of labelling legislation. Customer contact is a big part of the role, handling technical queries, questionnaires and requests with confidence.
