About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Strategy Analyst to join our team at Hyve. This is a high-impact role, supporting strategic decision-making across our events portfolio and potential M&A opportunities. You’ll lead research, deliver data-driven insights, and create compelling recommendations that help shape the future of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to assess market trends, customer behaviour, and product performance.
• Analyse data from internal and external sources to uncover growth opportunities and support event performance.
• Build clear, insightful board-level presentations for C-level leadership.
• Collaborate closely with Event, Finance, Strategy, and Corporate Development teams to translate strategic goals into actionable plans.
• Support the operational delivery of strategic initiatives across the business.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in strategy, research, and data analysis.
• Strong ability to distil complex data into actionable insights.
• Skilled in qualitative research, including interviews and insight synthesis.
• Exceptional PowerPoint skills with experience creating presentations for senior audiences.
• Strong communicator and confident presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
