Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Studio Floor Coordinator to oversee the operational activities on the studio floor, ensuring all productions run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively. This demanding role is primarily based in Leighton Buzzard with some location shoots and offering a starting salary of £35,362.
About the Role:
This pivotal role involves leading and coordinating all activities on the studio floor, from logistical support to assisting shoot teams and maintaining high studio standards. Furthermore, you will serve as the Producer on location and trend shoots, which includes managing the associated budgets. You will participate in pre-production meetings, providing input on logistical planning, and promptly address any on-set issues or challenges.
Operational duties also include managing daily performance by monitoring, motivating, and coaching team members to achieve company goals, and implementing dynamic operational working procedures to support service excellence. You will also be required to deputise for the Studio Manager or Senior Floor Coordinator in their absence.
