About The Role
As a Senior Success Manager at Tradebyte, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of e-commerce by supporting and growing a diverse portfolio of national and international brands—ranging from established players to emerging market leaders. You'll act as a trusted partner to your Sport brand clients, uncovering growth opportunities, identifying market trends, and offering strategic solutions that help scale their businesses across marketplaces.
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
- You successfully cooperate with your national and international accounts to ensure their further development in the marketplace world
- In addition to established customers, you support hidden champions in positioning themselves in the market and scaling their business
- You analyze your accounts, recognize market trends, identify existing potentials and actively develop solutions for your customers
- You are their contact person, solve inquiries independently, and are a trustworthy partner in case of escalations
- You are the interface between customers and internal departments and actively drive the solutions
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
- You have at least 4 years of experience in a digital environment, e.g. e-commerce or SaaS , at least 2 years of experience with a focus on Sports Brands is an advance
- Working with customers is your passion and with your ability to analyze, you create solutions to exploit the potential of your customers
- You are comfortable working with Google Spreadsheet and use basic functions like Pivot and VLookup
- Communication is one of your strengths and you like to build long-term customer relationships
- You are result-oriented and have a self-reliant way of working
- You bring excellent English skills, both in writing and verbally. Additional language skills are a plus.
