Salary: £13.91 per hour (£28,932.80 per annum)

The Senior Support Worker Role
As a Senior Support Worker your role will be toassist in the senior management to assess peoples support needs andwork with people we support to initiate and develop new ideas and methodsregarding the quality of service.
The most important qualities needed are the ability totreat others with respect, listen to their needs and understand their emotions.Be Kind, friendly and honest.
The Ideal Candidate
- Supporting adults with learning disabilities.
- Have a minimum of a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or working towards this.
- Able to motivate and manage a team.
- Full UK Driving Licence
