Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a rockstar Senior Surveyor to join our award-winning Northern Hub team, managing a collection of Grade A assets across key northern cities on behalf of a major institutional investor. This is no ordinary property management role.

The portfolio is a critical component of the investor’s UK strategy, with a focus on ESG, service excellence, and value creation. We’re looking for someone with energy, ambition, and commercial sharpness, who thrives in a high-performance environment and brings a solution-first mindset. Ideally, you’ll be MRICS qualified or working towards it.
What You'll Be Doing
Client Excellence
- Manage one of Cushman & Wakefield’s flagship client accounts.
- Build strong relationships with the client, understanding their investment objectives and strategic goals.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality reporting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
Operational Delivery
- Take full ownership of day-to-day operations across the Northern Hub portfolio.
- Lead proactive tenant engagement, ensuring strong satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee service charge management, budget preparation, and financial reporting in line with the RICS Code.
Team & Culture
- Collaborate with an exceptional group of property professionals who set the bar high.
- Work closely with Facilities Managers, Client Teams, and internal specialists to deliver an integrated service.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across ESG, technology, and service delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in commercial property management (multi-let and single-occupancy assets).
- Strong stakeholder management skills and commercial acumen.
- Familiarity with property management systems (e.g., Yardi, Tramps).
- MRICS qualified or actively working towards accreditation (preferred).
- Positive attitude, resilient, and thrives in a performance-driven team.
