Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of a mixed portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring first-class management.
• Spot and deliver asset management opportunities that drive real value.
• Tackle day-to-day property management issues quickly and efficiently.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, occupiers and contractors, becoming their go-to advisor.
• Mentor and support junior colleagues, helping to shape the next generation of talent.
• Play a key role in winning new business through tenders, pitches and cross-selling opportunities.
• Partner with Facilities Managers to deliver accurate budgets and smooth service charge processes.

Key Requirements

• MRICS qualified (or on track), with solid experience in commercial property management.
• A proven problem-solver with a track record of strengthening client relationships.
• Confident presenter with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Commercially minded, organised, and ready to take initiative.
• Strong IT skills, with Microsoft Office essential (TBS experience a plus).
• Ambitious, proactive, and a genuine team player.
