About You
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification with strong manufacturing engineering expertise
- Experience in processes such as assembly, machining, PCBA manufacture, and plastic injection moulding
- Skilled in techniques including FMEA, tolerance analysis, and configuration control
- Knowledge of CAD, PLM systems, and validation activities for engineering change
- Proven ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional teams in a regulated environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to implementing solutions.
Salary range for the role: £60.000 to £63.000 pa + benefits
