Senior Syndicate Accountant
About Us:
My client is an insurance company operating in the Lloyd’s market, they are looking for a Senior Syndicate Accountant to join their London based finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare syndicate financial statements and Lloyd’s returns (QMA, QMB, SBF, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with Lloyd’s and regulatory requirements
- Perform technical analysis, reconciliations, and variance reporting
- Support business planning and process improvements
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
- 3+ years’ Syndicate accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of Lloyd’s reporting and UK GAAP/IFRS
- Proficient in Excel and financial systems
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Enjoy process improvement and automation
What We Offer:
- Salary - £90,000-£110,000
