Cambridge University is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Administrator to provide temporary cover for an initial period of six months at Band 8a. This is a hands-on senior technical role focused on supporting, maintaining and securing systems that underpin critical estates and facilities services across the Trust. Working within the Unified Communications Division, the post holder will play a key role in ensuring system reliability, security and compliance across complex and business-critical environments.

About the role
The Senior Systems Administrator will take ownership of the day-to-day administration and lifecycle management of enterprise systems, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers. The role requires strong technical capability, a methodical approach to problem-solving and ability to understand systems end-to-end in order to support safe and resilient hospital operations.
