We are hiring for Senior Systems Engineer(HCM / Employee Records, Absence / Recruitment / Learning / Performance - ORACLE)

Location : Remote

Expert-level knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, specifically Employee Records, Absence Management, Recruitment, Learning, and Performance Management.
Proficiency in Fast Formula, HDL (HCM Data Loader), Payroll, and Time & Labour to manage complex data migrations and system logic.
Lead Incident and Problem Management through root cause analysis, proactive monitoring, and structured "Path to Live" deployment activities.
Responsible for workload planning, task prioritization, and KPI tracking to ensure seamless service delivery and resource optimization.
