Senior EPM Consultant – Tagetik (Consolidation / FP&A)

Location: Greater London (Hybrid)

Type: Full-Time

Henderson Drake is supporting the growth of a specialist finance echnology consultancy that works closely with Group Finance and FP&A teams on complex transformation initiatives. The firm delivers end-to-end solutions across financial close, consolidation, planning, and reporting, supporting both mid-market and multinational organisations.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end CCH Tagetik implementations across consolidation, close, planning, and reporting
Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into effective solution designs
Configure Tagetik applications including data models, workflows, rules, and reporting structures
Support budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A use cases, including scenario modelling
Contribute to ESG and sustainability reporting solutions where applicable
Lead or support client workshops, testing, and end-user training
Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure quality, timelines, and outcomes

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience implementing and configuring CCH Tagetik solutions
Strong understanding of consolidation, financial close, and/or FP&A processes
Experience with budgeting, planning, forecasting, and management reporting
Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as IFRS 16 or similar standards
Confidence working in client-facing environments with senior stakeholders
Solid data modelling and systems integration skills (SQL exposure is a plus)
Consulting mindset with the ability to balance technical delivery and business needs
