About the Role


We are looking for a proactive, commercially minded Talent Acquisition Partner to join our internal Talent team, here at Investigo & The IN Group. In this role, you’ll own the full hiring lifecycle from sourcing and stakeholder management to offer negotiation, playing a key role in shaping how we attract and secure top talent across our enabling functions.


This role will be focused on sourcing and placing experienced Recruitment Consultants and Leaders to join Investigo across the UK, EU and US. It will be best suited to someone who has Talent Acquisition experience within a recruitment agency.


As a Talent Acquisition Partner here at Investigo & The IN Group, your role is critical in shaping how we attract and hire exceptional talent. As a true business partner, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their team needs, manage full-cycle recruitment processes, and contribute to broader talent strategies that support company growth and culture.


Key Responsibilities


  • Own full cycle recruitment for roles across corporate functions from brief to offer
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to deeply understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Write compelling job descriptions and manage job postings across multiple platforms
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates through direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Conduct structured screening interviews and assessments, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience
  • Manage interview scheduling, feedback loops, and data capture
  • Champion diversity and inclusive hiring practices throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, and business leaders to influence hiring decisions and manage offers
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics and pipeline
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and contribute to wider TA projects (e.g. employer branding, talent pooling, market mapping)


What We’re Looking For


  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, recruiters who have experience recruiting recruiters
  • Experience recruiting across a variety of functions
  • A strategic and consultative approach to stakeholder management
  • Proven ability to source directly and creatively for hard-to-fill roles
  • Strong understanding of talent markets, hiring trends, and benchmarking
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
