You’ll work closely with senior leaders and HR partners to shape the future of our internal teams.

What You'll Do At Pega

• Partner with senior business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal and Global Mobility and People Operations teams to ensure full compliance throughout the hiring process.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for complex roles across Technology functions in various markets in EMEA. You will also support Go-To-Market roles as needed.
• Use best-in-class talent attraction strategies, including market mapping and proactive sourcing, to find top talent—even the “needle in a haystack.”
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Pega’s inclusive culture and values.
• Support hiring managers in refining assessment techniques to improve decision-making and candidate evaluation.
• Promote Pega’s employer brand through social media and contribute to global and local branding initiatives.
• Use data and insights to influence hiring decisions and continuously improve recruitment processes.

What You've Accomplished

• Solid full-cycle in-house recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on Technology and Go-To-Market roles.
• Exceptional command of English, knowledge of Polish or German language will be a major plus.
• Proven success in sourcing and closing passive candidates in competitive markets.
• Track record of delivering high-quality hires and exceptional stakeholder and candidate experience.
• Highly organized, proactive, and efficient in managing time and deliverables.
