About the Company:

Our client is an M&A insurance company in a period of high growth. They are seeking a talented Tax Lawyer or Tax Consultant to join their team in London as a Senior Underwriter.

Role Overview:

The Tax Senior Underwriter will be the primary review point for International Tax Transactions, evaluating the risks, and determining appropriate insurance coverage for clients. This position involves close collaboration with brokers and intermediaries to develop tailored insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Analysing M&A/Tax documents, including financial statements and purchase agreements
Directly working on live deals
Proficient in drafting legal and commercial documents, with the ability to negotiate with commercially and legally sophisticated advisors and clients.
Managing a consistent pipeline of deal flow
