Contract Length: 6 months initially

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are seeking a Senior Administrator for our client’s Maintenance Team - supporting the back office operation for the Maintenance Team on the TTC (TFL) contract in North and Central London, based in the Enfield Depot (or the Bow depot when online).

The Senior Team Administrator will join the Intelligent Traffic System business in Enfield, London on a TfL (Transport for London) contract. As a Senior Team Administrator your primary responsibility is to support and assist management in the control and administration of all the commercial aspects of an operational area and to maintain administrative control of all work in progress.

Duties to include but not limited to:

• Planning and arranging Permits
• Printing and coordinating Periodic Inspection information
• Challenging and processing PCN's
• Raising purchasing orders and sub contractor requests
• Booking time for engineers, ordering items for the maintenance team
• Collating and submitting claims for RTI's
• Slot cutting and Planned events (Switch outs / restores) and other administrative duties
