Senior Technical Administrator

Based - 5 days a week at the Westlakes Science Park and at Sellafield site from mid to late 2026

Job Summary

We're looking to recruit a highly organised and detail-oriented Senior Technical Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires a proactive individual with strong computer and document production skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Production of technical and assurance documentation. (60-70%) of the time
• Managing and supporting the commissioning/pre-operations team.
• Manage correspondence (including emails).

Qualifications

• Proven office experience possibly in a technical environment with a strong background in administration/document production
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Well developed, communication, prioritisation and organisation skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Prior clerical experience is an advantage
