Senior Technical Analyst – Dynamics 365 CE (Sales & Marketing)

Overview
We are looking for a Senior Technical Analyst with deep experience in Microsoft technologies, particularly Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) across Sales and Marketing, to play a critical role in a business-wide transformation programme.
This is not a standard functional role. You’ll be a key driver in shaping and delivering technical and functional requirements that support the organisation’s strategic objectives. You’ll work across business and technical teams to extract, structure, and actively push out detailed requirements, ensuring clarity, quality, and momentum through the delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders across Sales and Marketing to gather, validate, and define detailed functional and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications to guide configuration, development, and implementation teams.
- Take full ownership of requirements, ensuring they are communicated, agreed, and driven into delivery.
- Support the implementation and integration of Dynamics 365 CE, Azure, and Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Facilitate workshops and ongoing dialogue with business users to challenge assumptions, clarify scope, and ensure alignment.
- Maintain structured documentation of current and future-state processes and system interactions.
- Act as a key link between technical delivery and business goals, ensuring that outcomes meet strategic needs.
Skills & Experience Required
- Deep experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, particularly within Sales and Marketing.
- Proven track record in driving technical and functional requirements end-to-end in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies (Azure, Microsoft 365) and how they integrate with D365.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills – able to influence, challenge, and guide decision-making at all levels.
- Able to work independently and take the lead on requirement definition and traceability.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment with a transformation focus.
