Location: Stratford, London Office-based with high flexibility (1-2 days per week in the office)

This involves delivering and managing a variety of projects to drive change across a range of products and services used by 4,000+ staff, 600+ shops, and thousands of supporters.
We are searching for a Senior Project Manager (Technology) to join our Project & Delivery Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end delivery of a range of medium to large change projects or programmes. This will involve facilitating teamwork and collaboration, providing quality stakeholder engagement, reporting on timeframes and budgets, and matrix managing our talented project teams.

What will I be doing?
- Facilitating and leading the end-to-end delivery of a range of medium to large change projects or programmes across Technology.
- Collaborating with Sponsor, Business Owner(s), and project team to clearly define project vision, outcomes, key milestones, decisions, and project roadmap.
- Applying an Agile mindset to effectively deliver a range of complex projects while collaborating across teams and ensuring appropriate governance with stakeholders.
- Identifying and planning project resource needs, governance, and structure.
- This includes identifying and managing all risks, issues, and opportunities with the project team, as well as collaborating with the project team and partners to identify options and recommendations for project delivery.
- Identifying stakeholders and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.
- Leading the day-to-day project activity and team ensuring effective collaboration and planning.
- Managing escalations appropriately to ensure decisions are made by the appropriate representatives based on evidence while considering risks, costs, benefits, and options.
- Managing project budgets, forecasting, and tracking external and internal project resources while providing regular reporting on project cost, benefits, and status.
- Facilitating an end-to-end approach to delivery, ensuring consideration of change and support throughout the project.
- This role is responsible for matrix-managing several project teams and many stakeholders.
What are you looking for?
- Experienced Project Manager with a background in delivering Technology projects and change programmes in large organisations.
- Experience working with an Agile mindset and the project lifecycle within different methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall).
- Background in business change management with the ability to shape a ‘good practice approach’.
- Has effectively managed project budgets while taking responsibility for tracking and reporting.
- Strong stakeholder engagement with the ability to influence others effectively (including at a senior level), articulate a case for change, and gain stakeholder support.
- Proven ability to work independently and autonomously whilst managing day-to-day workload and priorities (and the workload of others).
