This role can be based at our Manchester, Hebburn or Farnborough office and will require you to work in the office for 2-3 days per week, and the rest can be remotely. There will be a requirement to travel occasionally to our Hebburn office.

Your Role

• Lead end-to-end tender development for sophisticated electrical infrastructure projects
• Lead tender kick-off meetings to brief colleagues on requirements and identify key opportunities and risks.
• Prepare tenders according to procedures and Signature Protocols before client submission.
• Consult legal and commercial teams on Terms and Conditions as needed.
• Drive technical innovation in Medium Voltage Switchgear and Protection systems
• Build positive relationships with factories, customers, and technical teams
• Champion customer-focused solutions that deliver real value
