We are seeking an experienced Senior Territory Sales Manager to join our client, covering the Midlands and North regions within the United Kingdom. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our surgical consumable products and cultivating relationships with key healthcare accounts across the specified regions.

Key responsibilities:

• Partnering with cross-functional teams and reporting to the Sales Manager, you will:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector in the Midlands and North regions.
• Establish and nurture relationships with critical stakeholders, including procurement officers, clinicians, and decision-makers.
• Deliver high-quality service and ongoing support to your accounts, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive activity, and changing healthcare policies to refine and adapt sales strategies.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product teams, and operations to ensure cohesive service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement guidelines, industry standards, and ethical practices.

What you bring:

• Strong understanding of hospital sales ideally within surgical / theatre setting. Consumable sales preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals in a healthcare environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Skill in developing tailored sales strategies for complex healthcare clients.
• Analytical mindset with experience in budgeting, reporting, and negotiating.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office applications.
