Job Title: Senior Training Executive
Salary: £34,500-£44,850 per annum
Location: Cambridge/Hybrid (2+ days in the office per week)
Contract: Full time, permanent

You'll design and deliver impactful training that helps colleagues and customers confidently engage with our systems, products, and publishing processes- driving adoption, improving efficiency, and strengthening relationships

About The Role
- Lead the design and delivery of training programmes that enhance internal capability and customer understanding of our publishing systems and products.
- Develop and implement global induction and development plans for Academic Sales, ensuring consistency and alignment across regions.
- Create and maintain high-quality training content, keeping it accurate, accessible, and up to date.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to identify training needs and align with business priorities.
- Deliver customer-facing training and product demos to support adoption and engagement, especially for digital platforms.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
- Champion innovation in training, introducing new tools and approaches to boost engagement and retention.
- Mentor colleagues and support a learning culture across the organisation.
As the Sales Training Executive, you will be a confident and collaborative training professional with:
- Experiencing designing and delivering engaging training, ideally in a digital or academic environments
- Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset
- Familiarity with business systems like Salesforce and SAP
- A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to translate complex systems into accessible learning
- A passion for empowering others and supporting global teams
