Senior Transactions Actuary

We have a very interesting opportunity for a senior actuary with general insurance experience to work for a mid sized insurance and reinsurance acquisition vehicle. The role will report to the Chief Transactions Actuary and essentially act as their deputy. You will focus your time on M&A (mergers and acquisitions) due diligence for books of insurance and reinsurance business that are being sold by their parent companies. The role is very non traditional in nature, requiring a high level of flexibility, commercial pragmatism and free of regulatory requirements.
