Description
My client is a small international bank based in London. This newly created Senior Treasury Dealer role will focus on maximising bank returns in financial markets by trading FX and bonds, hedging interest rate risk of the investment portfolio and assisting with treasury systems/reports relating to the portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Trading FX in G10 currencies
- Using interest swaps/FRA's to hedge the bank's interest rate risk
- Spot opportunities in FRN's and fixed rate bonds for the Bank's investment portfolio
- Daily dealing room MI reports
- Support treasury systems/reports
Requirements
- 5+ years in a similar role within banking
- Understanding of bonds and interest rate swaps
- Strong relationships within the banking space
