Senior User Interface Designer

We’re partnered with a global leader in the travel space, looking for a Senior UI Designer to elevate their mobile and web experiences. You'll lead end-to-end design, shape scalable systems, and turn insights into accessible, user-focused solutions. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone confident in research, prototyping, and working cross-functionally in agile teams.

Key skills:

• Design mobile-first user interfaces for iOS, Android, and responsive web.
• Define interaction and motion behaviours that enhance usability and delight.
• Craft high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and UI polish that set visual standards.
• Evolve our design system with scalable components, animation patterns, and consistent styling.
• Ensure all interfaces meet accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
• Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and product managers to ship impactful experiences.
• Create motion prototypes using tools like Principle, After Effects, or Lottie.
• Communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders and influence product direction.
• Mentor designers on visual craft, motion design, and system thinking.

Package:
