The Role
We’re looking for a dedicated and driven Senior Utility Account Manager, delivering exceptional service to our Utility customers. This role combines strong people management with technical knowledge, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and proactive project delivery across all business levels.
Hours Per Week: 37
Days Per Week: Monday – Friday (09:00 – 17:00)
Contract: Full Time & Permanent
Annual Salary: £31,770 per annum

The day to day
- Lead and support the small Utility Team, including HR duties, performance reviews, and 1-2-1s
- Manage escalated queries, maintain high morale, and ensure excellent service delivery
- Oversee CIP project delivery and act as the primary customer contact
- Monitor KPIs, sample progress, and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Lead client meetings, present performance and financial data
- Liaise with internal teams, sampling providers, and external stakeholders
- Approve sampling invoices and manage billing and forecasting
- Maintain the CIP Helpdesk inbox and support business improvement initiatives
- Address H&S concerns and complete ad hoc duties as needed
The Essentials
- Proven experience in customer service and team management
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused with excellent relationship management abilities
- Confident with MS Office; experience with QUASAR and PowerPoint is a plus
- Able to prioritise workloads and work both independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance
- Technical or operational background desirable
