We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX/Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design of intuitive and engaging user experiences for our products. This role involves the entire design lifecycle, from user research and conceptualization to prototyping, testing, and final hand-off to engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design process for new and existing products, ensuring a user-centered approach.
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and strategy.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team and design culture.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in UX/UI, Product Design, or a related field.
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and your design process.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
