Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Sector Specialist – Valuation & Investment, you will provide trusted leadership on professional and technical matters within these key sectors of the surveying profession. Acting as an internal subject matter expert (SME), you will develop and maintain sector-specific standards, guidance, and related professional development resources. This role carries significant external visibility and influence, engaging with government, industry stakeholders, and the profession to ensure RICS remains a trusted authority.

You are a recognised expert in Valuation and Investment, with a deep understanding of these sectors and a passion for professional excellence. You combine technical expertise with strategic thinking and have the ability to influence at the highest levels.
