Senior Website Merchandiser to join the NAP Site Trading team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Website Merchandiser to join our Site Trading Team. Reporting to the Site Trading Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for the representation, classification, visual merchandising and trading of all products across site. The role will also include working with buying, merchandising, creative, editorial and technical teams. You must be detail-oriented, extremely organized and have an interest in fashion.

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
- Responsible for ensuring products are beautifully & strategically merchandised at all times, supporting the buy and wider business goals and command a point of view for brand adjacencies, styling and rhythm to inspires our customers
- Shape analytical insights and trading reports to monitor and drive performance of products and category against business KPIs, user behaviour trends and inform our trading strategy to evolve and always lead the way in user experience
- Lead your team and category with actionable insights and make recommendations for optimisation & improvement to drive product exposure, click through, engagement and conversion
- Manage current product offer classification to support user needs and shopping journeys for easy search, filtering, and navigation no matter the journey the user chooses to take
- Champion of newness through our daily upload cadence, signing off classifications, merchandising strategy, product linking, resurfacing, readiness for the store
- Manage a team of Website Merchandisers to audit the store daily, across all platforms and regions, to troubleshoot errors and maintain a seamless experience for our customers
- Work with in-house technology teams to conceive and implement front- and back-end enhancements to make managing the site easier and address customer feedback to enhance the shopping experience
- Lead liaison with partner Site Content team to influence the calendar and strategy for the season to support rising brands and products, as well as adapt the trading strategy for your category ownership
- Own reporting and analysis for your categories as well as the different user behaviour across our key customer types to adapt your strategy to both capture the attention of first time buyers as well as predict the needs of our EIPs
- Responsible for ensuring on-site search is as frictionless as possible through a detailed redirect and synonym strategy implemented by your team as well as longer term trends for keywords so we can address unmet needs
- Fully support targeted marketing activity and product selection onsite (CRM, HP, social, campaigns) so that users can find products easily as well as discover new brands, products and alternatives to build the wardrobe of their dreams
- Lead meetings with Buying/Merchandising to support your category and stay on the pulse of launch brands, capsules, and key moments as we move through the seasonal calendar

The type of person we are looking for:
- Ecommerce fashion experience, ideally in luxury with an in-depth knowledge of luxury fashion brands
- Highly commercially aware, with creative flair and love of luxury fashion
- Proven experience in an Ecommerce environment, with a strong understanding of visual merchandising, website taxonomy and usability
- Knowledge of and passion for technology and digital
- Exceptional understanding of the global consumer and an understanding of the online retail landscape across markets
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, ideally gained in a retail merchandising environment
- Proven track-record of reaching sales targets, improving processes and managing multiple tasks to tight deadlines
- Experience in training, coaching, mentoring and managing
- Highly computer-literate, preferably with knowledge of website systems and analytics tools
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability and confidence to liaise at all levels
- Flexible, proactive and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve
