We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior WMS System Analyst to join our Supply Chain team.
Your Role
This role will focus on the BlueYonder WMS application, supporting both project and operational activities. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise in warehouse management systems, with a strong ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements for enhancements and new implementations within BlueYonder WMS (Discrete).
- Configure and maintain WMS functional components to support business processes and operational needs.
- Lead and support system testing efforts including test planning, execution, and defect resolution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in production environments, working closely with technical teams and end users.
- Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of functional deliverables.
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on WMS best practices and process improvements.Create and maintain functional documentation including process flows, configuration guides, and training materials.
- Support change management and training activities for end users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, IT, and third-party vendors.
Your Skills And Experiences
- Proven hands-on experience with BlueYonder WMS, including configuration and functional support.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
- Experience with system testing, including writing test scripts and managing test cycles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
