Senior Workday Financials Analyst

SystemsAccountants are working with a leading Technology company who are seeking a senior Workday Financials Analyst to join their expanding team. This role will be responsible for supporting Workday Financials on a day-to-day basis, resolving tickets from Finance users as well as identifying potential improvements to the system.

Responsibilities

• Support the Finance Workday Lead in the daily management of Workday, ensuring system stability and timely resolution of issues.
• Provide tier-2 support for users, handling queries or issues that cannot be resolved through training materials or help articles.
• Triage tickets and route them to the appropriate Functional Lead or external support when needed.
• Support change work, Workday release assessments, and system enhancement projects.
• Ensure all system configurations, processes, and changes are documented in alignment with company policies and audit requirements.
• Configure, maintain and support Workday Financial Management modules (eg: GL, AP, AR, Expenses etc)

Qualifications

• Excellent Finance knowledge (FQ / PQ Accountant highly desirable

You must be a UK resident or have valid UK RTW to be considered for this role. The working policy is 3 days per week in a Central London office.
