Role: Senior HCM Systems Analyst (Workday)

Role type: Permanent

Role location: London (Hybrid - 2 days onsite)

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum

We’re looking for an experienced Senior HCM Analyst with Workday HCM experience to support and enhance a recently implemented Workday platform. You’ll play a key role in optimising core HR processes, driving systems adoption, and delivering continuous improvement.

Role Scope:

Configure, maintain and enhance Workday (HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance)
Support BAU operations and Workday bi-annual releases (testing, deployment, improvements)
Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders
Resolve system issues, manage enhancements, and ensure data quality and security
Create documentation, user guides, and support materials

Requirements:

Must have 5+ years’ hands-on Workday configuration and systems administration experience
Strong HCM expertise (Recruiting, Talent/Performance are essential)
Experience with reporting, security, and release management

Ability to streamline HR processes and improve user experience

Excellent communication skills

Nice to have:

Absence, Learning, Advanced Comp or Benefits & Workday Journeys (highly beneficial)
