We’re looking for a dynamic Referral Order and Reparation Co-ordinator to join our team and help shape positive outcomes for young people involved in the youth justice system.
What’s the role? …
In this pivotal role, you will coordinate and oversee the delivery of
referral orders and reparation programmes for young people subject to youth justice interventions. You will work closely with case managers, volunteers, victims, and community partners to ensure that restorative justice principles are upheld and that young people receive the support they need.

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is organised, empathetic, and committed to youth development and restorative justice. You should have: Experience of working with young people within youth justice, education, or social care setting. Strong coordination and administrative skills, strong communication skills, with the ability to engage constructively with young people and families. A commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in all aspects of the role.
Location
The job is primarily based in Catford but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis. There are 2 local train stations 3-5 minutes’ walk from the office, and the train journey from London Bridge is approximately 15 minutes. There are also numerous bus routes that stop right by the office.
Special conditions
- The post holder must have a social work, youth justice, probation, or youth work qualification
- The job is subject to a DBS check (Enhanced)
- The job may require some weekend and evening working

Salary
£47,628 - £49,638 per annum (PO3)
All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale), which is subject to evidential proof.
