Role: SEO & Web Manager

Location: Location independent - We offer Choice based working that gives you the opportunity to work from a UK location of your choice, we also offer various Konica Minolta office and Regus office spaces across the UK. You may be required to travel to a customer at the needs of the business.

Package: £45,000 - £50,000

As an SEO & Web Manager at Konica Minolta, you will take full ownership of our SEO strategy and website performance. This is a hands-on role for someone who not only thinks strategically but also delivers – someone who knows what needs to be done and gets on with it, with minimal supervision. You'll be responsible for increasing our digital visibility, generating quality leads, and driving revenue through organic channels. You'll manage and optimise our website to ensure high performance and a great user experience that converts. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and isn't afraid to bring new ideas to the table – and execute them quickly.

We would love to hear from people who ...

• 4+ years' experience in a similar SEO/Web Manager role (B2B preferred, B2C considered).
• Hands-on, proactive mindset - able to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Proven success in driving organic traffic and converting it into leads and revenue.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge and experience conducting and actioning audits.
• Advanced use of SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• High proficiency in web analytics (e.g., GA4), with the ability to analyse and interpret data.
• Experience publishing and optimising content via CMS platforms.
• Familiar with CRO tools, UX optimisation and A/B testing.
• Blog/content strategy development experience.
• Basic understanding of HTML and web structures.
• Collaborative, with strong communication and project management skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
