Join our Aerospace, Defence and Security (ADS) team and play a key role in supporting service delivery for critical projects.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Cheltenham, Gloucestershire area, where you’ll work closely with a senior service manager to ensure smooth operations and outstanding client engagement.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitoring and measuring service delivery against performance indicators to demonstrate achievements against contract and SLA expectations.
- Delivering services within agreed scope, timescales, financial and quality measures.
- Supporting continuous service improvement and evolution through proactive engagement.
- Ensuring effective client engagement and timely reporting of critical issues.
- Identifying and helping lead service risks.
- Championing delivery methodologies and tools.
What You’ll Bring
- Understanding of service delivery models.
- Experience with SLA reporting and Key Performance Indicators.
- Background in IT services.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on service excellence.
It would be great if you had
- Experience in contract management.
- Membership of a recognised professional IT body.
- Professional Service Management qualification such as ITIL.
- Relevant sector experience.
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: 5 days a week onsite Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
Security Clearance Level: DV (must be eligible to obtain)

Salary: £28,000 – £33,000
