What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers, listen to their needs, and explain clearly how we can help.
- Keep customers updated while their vehicle is being serviced or repaired.
- Offer additional products or services when relevant, in a friendly and respectful way.
- Follow up afterwards to make sure they’re happy with the work done.
- Previous experience within the role (essential).
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Strong communication skills — able to explain things clearly and check for understanding.
- Ability to stay organised, even when it’s busy.
- A focus on building trust and long-term relationships with customers.
- £30,000 basic salary + company benefits.
