About This Opportunity
Cumberland Council is looking for a proactive and adaptable individual to join our Customer Solutions team. As a Customer Service Centre Administrator, you�ll be at the heart of our operations�supporting residents and internal teams through face-to-face, phone, and digital channels, while helping to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
We�re seeking someone with experience in customer service and office administration, strong ICT skills, and the ability to stay calm and organised in a busy environment.
